Responsibilities:
The main goal of the Head of support is satisfied and happy customers. He is constantly working on project improvement and solving the user’s problems.
This process also includes:
Analysis of users’ requests, identification of clients’ problems and its solutions by means of an interface, functional and other changes.
Collection and analysis of customer satisfaction statistics and metrics. Development of new parameters for assessing the quality of the department work.
Analysis and improvement of the support staff work (the quality of the responses, the efficiency, and speed of operation), department staff training, the development of the regulations.
Preparation of simple and clear texts for the section “Question And Answer”, templates, knowledge base.
Requirements:
More than 2 years of experience in the field of customer service in Internet projects.
Strong analytical and managerial skills.
Ability to write concise and selling texts.
Independence in setting goals and objectives, an ability to solve any problems.
